INFORMATION ON THE GUESTHOUSE

The modern family guesthouse Fénix is located in Liberec in calm neighbourhoods called Horní Hanychov, not far from the centre of Liberec. Due to its location the guesthouse is one of the most sought-after guesthouses and hotels in Liberec under Ještěd.

All the tourist destinations in Liberec such as mountain hotel Ještěd, zoo Liberec and botanic garden Liberec, Aquapark Babylon, Wellness Babylon, Iqpark Babylon, 4D Kino Babylon, TipSport Aréna, Severočeské museum (North-Bohemian Museum), swimming-pool Liberec and the city centre are accessible on foot, by car or tram without having to change the tram (the stop is 50 m far from the guesthouse). The guesthouse is an ideal starting point for climb to Ještěd. Winter-sports lovers will be surprised by the proximity of Ski areál Ještěd (250 m).

The closest entertainment and commercial centre – OC Nisa is 3-minutes drive far from the guesthouse. In OC Nisa you can find 160 stores, multiplex cinema Cinestar Liberec with 8 rooms, KFC, MC Donald and some restaurants.

The guesthouse provides high-quality accommodation of hotel type in double-, triple and four-bed rooms with their own bathrooms, toilets and satellite TVs. Each room is an original due to its colourful design. For families the guesthouse provides accommodation in the spacious family suite with its own entrance, kitchen, sundeck, satellite TV, DVD and computer with internet access free of charge. In case of lodging with a little child it is possible to put a lent or your own children travelling bed into some rooms.

In the guesthouse ground floor there is a kitchenette at your disposal with a fridge, microwave oven and elementary kitchenware. During your whole stay there is Fénix INCLUSIVE service for you free of charge – several kinds of fresh coffee, tea and a snack. Fénix Inclusive service is available for the guests all the day.

Our goal is to offer high-quality accommodation in Liberec with plenty of super-standard hotel services which are not usual in guesthouses.

In summer months the guests may use garden with an outdoor sundeck, grill, children place and an arbour. For big groups there is a possibility to book the whole guesthouse under favourable terms. Shared premises are suitable for company meetings and trainings. Audio equipment, LCD television, internet access, printer, copier and possibility of catering are available, too. Self-service bar with more than 40 drinks, which is open all the day, provides pleasant gathering. In the guesthouse ground floor there is a modern reception, where there is a free accessible computer with internet connection and possibility of printing or copying with a laser printer. All the premises of the guesthouses are covered with wireless internet - WiFi.

Check-in is possible from 14⁰⁰ to 20⁰⁰ o’clock (even later if agreed). On departure day you may stay in the room until 10⁰⁰ o’clock. On Sundays the departures are extended until 12⁰⁰ o’clock.

There is a parking place for your car right by the guesthouse and it is guarded by a video system with an automatic gate. Parking is FREE OF CHARGE for the guests of the guesthouse. Overall capacity of the guesthouse and the suite is 25 people. Check-in is possible from 14⁰⁰ to 20⁰⁰ o’clock (even later if agreed). On departure day you may stay in the room until 10⁰⁰ o’clock. On Sundays the departures are extended until 12⁰⁰ o’clock.

Accommodation with a pet is not possible. Although we do not oppose dogs or cats, please come without your pets. We have been trying to provide calm stay for allergic people, who are more and more numerous among our guests.
